Boyne Music Festival Young Artists Programme
The Boyne Music Festival is committed to supporting young musicians in Ireland. Each summer it offers young chamber ensembles the opportunity to participate in the BMF Young Artists Programme. Selected Young Artists engage in a series of masterclasses with Boyne Music Festival artists and are presented in an afternoon concert during the festival weekend.
For the 2022 Festival, the BMF has partnered with the Royal Irish Academy of Music in Dublin. The RIAM will nominate one chamber ensemble to be featured at the summer festival.
Plans are currently in development for the establishment of the Boyne Music Academy in April 2023. This week-long intensive chamber music programme represents an expansion of the current Young Artist Programme and it is intended to facilitate deeper learning and growth. Details to be announced in September 2023.
