Through a competitive application process the BMF selects young artists based in Ireland to present at the festival each year. These ensembles receive coaching sessions with BMF Artists during the week of the festival and engage in additional activities over the course of the festival weekend. The aim is to nurture young talent, provide mentorship and create a positive platform where young musicians have the opportunity to perform.
