Carnival of the Animals

The hottest ticket at the BMF each summer may just be our Family Concert. It’s an opportunity to experience an enormous range of music presented in beautiful bite sized pieces to keep the energy high and little minds engaged.

This summer’s family concert programme will be presented by the charismatic clarinettist Jessie Grimes and explore the sound world of our majestic animal kingdom. It will include performances by all of our BMF Artists and feature Camille Saint-Saëns beloved “Carnival of the Animals”.

It will also feature young musicians and a choir from Grow Music Drogheda and Dundalk.

The concert will take place this year in St Peter’s Church of Ireland which offers easy access in the centre of Drogheda and enough space for even the largest of animals.
